Ghee And Ages?
I know that butter has a huge amount of Ages, but cannot find any information about Ghee. Wondering if anyone knows whether ghee would have less? I have some systemic inflammation that, while on this diet has made it hugely better, I still need to address what might be causing or making the inflammation worse. I follow a high fat ketogenic diet, and have now became quite concerned about the fat, since most fat seems to be high in Ages.
I now cook only minimally with fat and add it, instead, at the end. Nonetheless, butter is just one of those very high Ages products that is high regardless of cooking. Would love to find out if ghee is similar?
