Let's Talk Magnesium.

For me (and presumably others), adequate Magnesium supplementation of 500-1,500 mg a day has been extremely helpful in optimizing mental health. Here are some of my personal benefits coming from a huge Mg deficiency:

I recommend Magnesium Malate, because it's tried and true for me. I hear that Magnesium L-threonate is a superior option, can anyone speak to this?
