Help! Sleepless Night, Important Day -- What To Do?

Hello!  I've had a hell of a night, with lots of stress and very little sleep.  How can I very quickly regain my brain (and my looks ;-) ) for the day?  I've already free-based glutathione, drunk lots of water, made BP coffee with Brain Octane.  Any other ideas?  Please help!  Thanks!

  • I would meditate for 12 minutes, if you can spare them. Just sit quietly and focus on your breath. If thoughts come up, acknowledge them if need be, and let them go.
