Bulletproof Ghee Is Not Grassfed... & Mct Vs Coconut Oil

I just received my ghee today in the mail and was a little shocked to find out it isn't grassfed or organic.  Yes, I should have noticed before ordering and I will still use when I bought, but why is this not necessary to be grassfed when butter is?  Especially when it will be used in place of butter for the most part and from everything I read on Dave's site, it is better for you than butter....

Side note: Is MCT oil processed?  I have a few people who will not budge on using organic coconut oil in their coffee because MCT oil is "natural" in their opinion.  What's the deal here?  I love the high octane oil but is it not as natural as coconut oil is since it's been altered?
