Help W/interpreting Genova Stool Test For 2Yr Old

My 2.5 yr old has had issues with constipation for almost a year. Our ped recently ordered the genova gi effects stool test. Yeast and parasites came back negative. However lcfa's were very high, indicating fat malabsorption. Our ped didn't have any specific recommendations, and referred us to a pediatric gastro. Our appt is in 2 weeks, and I would like to be as prepared as possible.

Does anyone have information about fat malabsorption, dietary modification, supplements, etc?

n-Butyrate was high and Propionate was low. H-pylori was negative.

Should we test for sibo?

Thank you in advance.
