Cricket Flour And Other Insect Based Foods

Hi All,

Just ran across this video: http://www.upworthy.com/guess-what-food-source-will-feed-billions-and-reclaim-land-and-can-even-be-made-into-cookies

I'm wondering about the implications of Cricket flour inside a bulletproof diet?  Seems interesting.  Currently I'm grinding almond flour at home and using it for almost everything.  We've got a subscription to a local provider that does cheap grass-fed meats--but we're always looking for interesting "superfood" solutions that are sustainable and easy to access.

I don't know how easy (or healthy) it is to order a bushel of crickets and grind them into flour, but.....what do you guys think?
