Great Fillers Except Avocado
If I don't eat avocado(or sometime rice) in a meal I always feel hungry. Eating only meat and vegetables is not enough for me. Most vegetables do not fill me and I don't wan't to eat an excessive amount of meat. Avocado is doing a great job of filling me up but I don't want to abuse them. Also my cooking time is limited (pretty busy studying, working, and more)
I'm searching for some ideas of any dense low-carb fillers that may be bulletproof ?
