Quick And Efficient Recovery

I skateboard on a daily basis. Constantly jumping down stairs and rails, my lower body gets quite sore. What are some things I can do/ supplements I can take to help encourage quick and efficient recovery? I realize quality sleep is essential along with some rest filled days. I just ordered some fish oil for inflammation. Is there anything else I could/should be doing? much thanks for your input!  :D
