Hi everyone, I'm new here! I wonder if you can help me. I've been enjoying my coffee with ghee and coconut oil for about six weeks and this week MCT oil instead of the coconut. I've suffered with anxiety and depression most of my life and just recently I'm noticing I feel much more anxious than normal. I take anti-depressants but a new doctor has just prescribed beta blockers which I started today, she suggested I stop taking the A/Ds as they are not doing anything anymore - I'm a little apprehensive about the change!
Should I be drinking coffee? Until I went paleo I was always very unsure about drinking coffee. H x
