Recently I started to realize that I have some weird GI problems with all kinds of carbs. I get stomach pains from eating starches on refeed days and I certainly feel less bulletproof than on "normal" days. I also realized that I have to fart when I eat redcurrants.. I got myself checked for fructose and sorbitol intolerances a year ago but I didn't have anything. I don't get symptoms on every refeed but last week I had lots of sweet potatoe, plantains and apples. and I baked them in the oven. They were not cooked through...perhaps that had something to do with it.
What should I do? What should I ask my health care provider he should check me for? I'm thinking about going on a low FODMAP diet and see what that does but I don't know a bulletproof one.
