Pre-Boiling Eggs

Hey Guys,


 


I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on boiling eggs ahead of time for convenience. I am considering boiling 15 eggs sunday night and then put them in the fridge, to bring 3 a day to work. Ideally I boil them with the yolk slightly runny in the centre. Would I still have bulletproofish eggs by Friday?


 


I typically have pastured eggs, but sometimes it's difficult to get out to the farm I trust when living in Toronto, so I just grab some supermarket ones, but what can I say..life is tough haha.


 


Any thoughts either way?
