Avocado In The Fruit Category?

I had always just assumed that avocado would be in the oil & fats category of bulletproof, yet it's only since really sitting down and analysing my diet that I noticed it's in the fruit category (1 serving per day).


That doesn't seem right to me. As far as I'm aware avocado isn't high in sugar and contains plenty of healthy fat. Is it right to restrict this to 1 serving per day and therefore restrict other fruit/starch intake as the one serving is taken up by avocado?
