Starting Bp Diet - Need A Little Advice Please

So I'm 23 and about to graduate college. I'm 6 foot and I weigh around 180. But with 15-18% body fat.



So the question is what should I be eating on a regular basis to not only reduce my body fat percent. But gain muscle mass.



Ideally I would like to be 180-185 with 10% body fat. Any advice on how to achieve that and how I should be dieting with BP to go along with it. I plan to train 3-4 times a week.
