Cauliflower And Broccoli Soup (Easy)

If you are anything like me, and not a lot of people are, you hate vegetables! I absolutely despise them and I could never sit down and eat them unless I was at a Japanese steak house with it covered in crappy sauce! Well here is my take on how I eat my veggies everyday, SOUP! :)


 


Items Needed:


 


VITAMIX


BROCCOLI


CAULIFLOWER


BUTTER

SEA SALT


MINERAL WATER


 


Directions:


 


1. Fill up the Vitamix (Or any blender) with half Cauliflower and half Broccoli


2. 1.5 cups of Mineral Water


3. Start blender slow working up to fastest speed (Use pusher to drown the floaters!)


4. Add as much butter as you want (I used 4 TBSP)


5. Salt to liking


6. Delicious weird baby poop looking food, but SO GOOD!
