Whats Too Much? (Eggs, Berries)

Hey..

i am pretty new to the bulletproof diet and am having some troubles understanding the charts properly.. i know what stuff to avoid etc. but i dont know how much of the stuff that is on the left side of the charts is ok on a daily basis..

i love eating fruits, but now noticed that i will prolly have to cut down on the mangos and bananas.. whats too much though?! is there a too much of the stuff that is on the left of the charts?!
