• Your not eating dreaded carbs during the day of course? Energy dips should not really occur on a high fat diet, as far as I'm aware.   Brocolli with rare steak, I'm pretty much energized. Body loves it. Usually only get tired after carbs. 


    You could eat less or choose a salad. The frustrating thing is that at that time something warm is needed, as I think you could be losing energy in cold foods that need to be heated(I am open to correction on this:). Eating cold foods doesen't satisfy me properly. Nothing more frustrating than brain fog after lunch when you need to get work done, sometimes up to 3 hours down the tubes. 

  • Either eat less, or eat only raw foods, say like fruit or salad. I can eat a lot of raw foods and not get tired.
