I prefer Tea to coffee. As long as I'm getting high quality tea is there really a huge difference between using coffee rather than tea?
I think you should at least try the BP coffee -- I am not, by nature, a coffee drinker but I am In love.
Coffee has a lot more caffeine and antioxidants. People tend to drink more cups of tea a day, though, so some of the antioxidant variation is made up there. Plus if you're eating healthy you probably don't need to prioritize antioxidants to the point of switching to coffee. Tea can have some other bonuses like ECGC. If you are mycotoxin sensitive switching to Upgraded coffee might be a good idea since there aren't any teas that are rigorously grown mold free and tested for mycotoxins, but even in the Bulletproof Diet book teas are listed as fairly Bulletproof.
Overall, stick with what you like. Consider trying Upgraded coffee if you are curious or want to test a guaranteed mycotoxin free morning.
