Rapid Fat Loss Protocol - Starts Today
Hello to my fellow BP Sisters!
I have decided to start the RFLP Protocol starting today -- I'm sure there's a forum for it, so my question to you is this:
Should I post over there ? I feel at home here - with women who understand that a womans' body is SO different.
What do you think? Here or there ? Let me know, please
54 years old - have been unable to lose weight for about 4 years (prior to that, yo-yo'd for decades)
Most of my weight is in my trunk (meaning mostly around my waist) - 5'5", 201 pounds. My initial goal is 150. I will reassess after that
to see if I want to go down to 130.
Fairly active, but not an athlete. Atho today I have spent HOURS searching for my supplements I have been amassing to start this protocol. I cannot find my l-glutamine, so I'm going to have to venture out to the store.
An inconsistency I've found in the protocol I feel I'll need help with -- In the list of supplements, "Glutathione Force (1 tsp) away from other fat, twice per day (this is very important for liver function) But then in the "this is what a typical day looks like", there is only one dose - first thing in the am.
What does everyone think ? Once or twice ? I cant be the judge, that s&%t is VILE.
