Should You Eat Salt After Every Nap?
I woke up after a nap with the lights on (it happens sometimes, just fell asleep) and didn't feel like I do in the morning. I feel okay, just not perfect. I am eating salt now as I type this.
What exactly triggers the situation where having salt could be beneficial?
You could fall asleep for 20 minutes too would you still eat salt?
Who or what kind of forum would have people who know a ton about this and about the physiology of sleeping too?
