I've been using dextrose for a couple of days and have found it very helpful for both exercise and cognitive functions. It will be a keeper for daily use in my diet from now on. But I wanted to know what is dave's take on dextrose in BP diet. It's placed in the greener side of the illustrations, not as green as xilitol/stevia, but still green.
Also would appreciate other bulletproofer's comments about dextrose.
