Crossfit

Hi everyone! I'm still new hear and making changes to become more Bulletproof.


 


I started doing CrossFit over a month ago and I've noticed a few things. First, my appetite soars after class. I have to eat almost immediately. By the time I get home 15 minutes later, I eat a very large amount of veggies, protein and a little starch. I also have to have starch with my breakfast on CrossFit days--by "have to have" I mean that I notice a significant difference in my performance on days that I only eat fat or fat+protein and those that I add carbohydrate. With some carbohydrate, I can give so much more to my WOD.


 


Second, my clothes are definitely fitting differently. I don't have a scale at home, but I did measure myself on an InBody machine and I have a very good level of muscle mass. It has even increased over the past month. What's strange, though, is that my pants are getting tight. I'm not sure if that is because of muscle gain or because I am eating more on my workout days (M/W/F).


 


Anyone have a similar experience or input?
