Ideal Tools For Tracking Strength Performance
Iâ€™ve always tracked myself at the gym. Back in the day I would use the old school pen and notepad to record my lifts. Currently, I usually just commit everything to memory while at the gym and punch it into Excel afterwards. I feel as though I need a better system, however! I feel like there have to be some better apps/software out there for tracking workouts. Iâ€™d be really interested in doing stuff like looking at correlations between my strength performance and time of day, sleep data, pre/post dietary habits and so forth. Has anyone else looked for something like this, and if so, have you found any good applications that work well?
