Brand New To Bp....questions...

Hi All,


I am in NZ and am brand new to the idea of BP-Diet...although I have been drinking "BP" coffee for about 2 years....

I have some questions which I am SURE have been answered a million times....but I can't find the answers.


When following the BPDiet what does a day typically look like for you?

I am 30yo Woman. I have only about 10Lbs/5-6Kgs that I want to lose...or around 5-10%body fat (which ever comes first :) )


I THINK I understand the IF Protocol, coffee for the morning then eating foods from 2pm-8pm...


But when NOT doing IF...what do we/you all eat???


I am already following a ketogenic diet, so the foods are not new and I understand/agree with high fat low carb etc....I just would like to see a "Day in the Life of" scenario...
