Tmj Issues-Positive Results Day 3

I'm on Day 4 of BP 2-week protocol for newbies. I'm feeling amazing and just wanted to share an unexpected upside -- Yesterday (Day 3) I opened my jaw without it clicking for the first time in years!! It still clicks but a lot less and further back in the open. I'm assuming this is down to the decrease in inflammation in the joint, any other reasons the diet might be helping with musculoskeletal issues? I didn't expect such a big change so soon!
