Alternative To Brown Sugar In Bp Coffee

I love my morning BP Coffee!

Have been doing it for 4 months or so.

I would like to go into Intermittent Fasting protocol as well.

A question though. I use 1/3 teaspoon of brown sugar in my BP Coffee. I really like the way it adds to the taste.

1. Is it bad in general in such miniscule amounts?

2. Is it bad for the effect of intermittent fasting?

3. What are best alternatives to brown sugar in BP Coffee?
