How To Hack The Diet

Hi all. Looking for some advice. I really want to start drinking BP coffee. 


However, I keep a kosher diet that is super restrictive when it comes to diary products. There does not currently exist a brand of grass fed butter that would be allowable under these restrictions. (I know that there are a couple of butters that claim to be "kosher" but I've researched and they aren't kosher enough - I know, its weird and without getting technical all I can say is, it is what it is). 


The only way for me to do this would literally be to milk a cow myself and figure out how to make butter. I'm not sure how that would work out. 


Are there any alternatives? Please people, help.
