Supplementation And Stomach Issues

I've been on the diet for about 2 months.  Mostly going the route of fasting with coffee most days.  I will have BP coffee in the morning and then not eat until around 3.  I'm down around 20 lbs, which is great.


 


Yesterday, I started with the Top Ten list of supplements.  All went well until around 10 pm when my stomach got pretty upset.  That went away until this morning when after my coffee and the morning regimen of vitamins (C,D,K,A) it started up again.  Loose stool and it burns when it comes out.


 


Sorry to be so graphic but could use an assist here.  Is that normal?  Short-term until you regulate it?  Because I'm not eating?  Not sure what to do.
