Only Eat Out

I really enjoy this site, but I've never been able to do the diet very well. Tried once but only last a day. I never eat a meal at home I eat out for every one. I usually eat scrambled eggs and bacon with coffee with mct oil in it. From there tho who knows it varies. I'm in very decent shape. My lifestyle is pretty hard on my body. I'm only 26 now but sure it'll catch up eventually.

Where I live has tons of food options as far as restaurants go, I play poker for living so spend alot of time in the casino but they can make lots of things but Obv the meat is not quality meat I'm sure. I stay up for multiple days alot, I find myself snacking on bad things. My whole post tho is it possible to eat bulletproof to some extent always eating out or should just stick to what I do basically lean meats and no fried food. Sorry for the long post but been wondering. Thank you

BP is more like "a scale." Just do the best you can.

Since you are always eating out, IMO, supplements become more relevant, particularly the detox ones. Omega3 in higher dose.

In your case it's only so much you can do when you always eat out.... That will probably mean a variety of protein sources: lean beef (not fatty!), fish, sea stuff + all kinds of veggies. Lamb would be excellent. No rice/potatoes (which all will be fried)/beans on the side. No bread, grains, sugar, wrapped stuff of any kind. Always warm, prepared food, no purchased snacks (worst offenders usually). No sweet drinks or beer. Carb-up with rice (sushi). Sometimes eating out will be low-fat (in fact most of the time if you try to control the quality), which means you need to have your BP coffee with lots of butter and MCT.

Tough, but you'll probably make more $ cause you'll be smarter.
  • Kinda confused by how u wrote the part about beans, you saying there bad or there ok? Doesn't chipotle claim to be grass fed or something? I'd imagine id want rice or beans if I ate there. Normal steamed rice in realitivly small sizes is ok, Like a steak teriyaki bowl? Fatty beef that's grass fed is that much of a difference that it should be lean normal beef? Appreciate the advice Ty

Ideally you'd avoid all beans. Grass fed beef - sure get the fatty cuts image/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Depends on yours physical activity levels (more active = more carb), generally this diet advocated a very low carb approach regularly with carb-ups. So, i.e. for 3-5 days you avoid all starch and carb (meaning no rice, trace fruit at most, no potatoes) sources, followed by a day of "carb up" where you have sushi, perhaps some fruit, perhaps potatoes. And then you repeat the cycle. That's the ideal, anyhow.

B7zzy, what poker and what casino are you playing? And where? Is it about online? Because I am a newbie in online casinos, looking for some advice about how to choose good one. Few guys recommended me to try https://slotstars.co.uk/ but I am not sure it's good enough, tell me your opinion, please, as I understood you are an experienced person.
