  • Skin hydration is important for preventing aging-related skin damage, so you could make a homemade face mask out of honey and coconut oil. This will be very moisturizing. The best part about it is that there are only two ingredients, as opposed to the crazy chemical-laden products out on the market today! :)

  • raw food diet,

    grounding

    light like orange and red

    sun (limited exposure on face)

    cold thermogenesis

ph 6 beauty water face wash

using faraday cage, sleeping on magnectico bed pad

    having a good partner...etc

How do I do this for the area around the eyes (I have allergy problems with creams)?

What is a MED for long term effect?

  • Both coconut oil and honey are safe to put near your eyes. Try applying the mixture to a different part of your face or your arm first just to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction. Have you experimented with natural and/or hypoallergenic creams?

As for the MED, it is probably different for everyone depending on skin type and dryness. For someone with dry skin, I would say to apply the mixture at least once every night before going to bed for long term moisturizing benefit. You don't need much, either. Probably about a teaspoon of coconut oil and a teaspoon of honey for each dose.

  • I grew up in the sun my whole younger life and it has done some damage. I started using a few things that have helped tremendously over the last two years.

I use a bentonite clay mask once a week (be cautious.. its really intense after 20 min, feels like your soul is getting sucked outta your face)

Then once i get that washed off, i use some 22% Vitamin C serum (has retinol in it so it may make your skin red for a little bit)( If you use this stuff the right way it will do wonders for your wrinkles and skin tone)

Then once that dries I end it with a light moisturizer, I usually have a few different types because im a bit picky on scents (If you dont like the smell of Clove dont buy the one below)

I'm gonna try this tonight! Do you use raw honey? Heard raw has more amino enzymes or something like that..

Great skin care regimen! You are going to have radiant skin for the rest of your life! Yes, raw, unfiltered honey is the best. It has antimicrobial properties and amino acids that are most likely destroyed when pasteurized.

I think hormone balance is important for women, especially the right amount of estrogen, low testosterone.

And I get botox just on the frown lines every 8 months, nothing too excessive.
  • I was planning to do botox on the frown lines. But I heard a lot about side effects after bottox. And a few days ago I attended the seminar about stem cell skin rejuvenation. It was held by doctors from N-graft Cosmetics. I was it two minds after this seminar and couldn't decide what would be better stem cell treatment or botox. Now I'm completely sure I won't do botox!

  • Have a healthy lifestyle, eat lots of fruits and use natural care products. That is my opinion https://oilserums.com/skin-concern/signs-of-aging-anti-aging/anti-aging-tip-5-secrets-that-young-looking-ladies-always-keep/

  • I use the Skin Rejuvenator, Anti-Ageing, Vibrating Skin Massager Device By Cherie. You can get it on Ebay at https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/113187468835
It just makes my skin feel amazing and tighter. I'm still young but I'm getting there and I just wanted to start something. Rather than spending loads of money on different products that don't even work, I bought this little thing and I have no regrets, can't see my life without it anymore! It's better to start early really isn't it!
