I started taking Neocell's Super Collagen Types 1 & 3 powder to hack my sleep.  I take a tbspn 30-60 minutes before sleep if I really feel like I won't be able to get to sleep.  It does the trick, but I'm groggy as hell the next morning.  Does anyone else use collagen for sleep purposes? If so, how do you bypass the grogginess if any is experienced?  Thanks!
