Is It The Shilajit Or The Fulvic Acid Within The Shilajit?
I have read a fair amount about the benefits of taking shilajit and am curious if the more knowledgeable here can help me understand the source of its benefits.
Are the benefits that one derives from taking shilajit, from the fulvic acid contained in the shilajit, or are they derived from the totality of all of the many components of the shilajit which work synergistically together?
I am asking because I would like to evaluate adding this to my daily intake, and am debating whether I need shilajit or would be fine with fulvic acid alone?
Any and all advice and guidance would be most appreciated. Additionally, if anyone feels comfortable enough, recommendation on a specific brand would also be greatly appreciated as well.
