Backpacking For 3 Months; Must-Take Supplements, Or Ditch Em All?

Short term business travel has been more forgiving in the past. It's easy to carry everything, including the kitchen sink.



I'm about to embark on a long term vagabonding journey. Trying to factor in what supplements are not worth shaving weight for. Getting D from the sun makes it an easy decision to leave those drops behind. But what about the more ambiguous, might get in food, might not, vitamins? What would be your must travel with bulletproof gear or supplements?
