Collagen With Bpc, Before Or After Workout?

I've been doing BPC Intermittent Fasting (actually tea, not coffee because I don't like coffee) for a few months and love it, but my schedule has recently changed and I can no longer workout in the afternoons before breaking my fast.  Also, I just turned 40, so I know Dave recommends collagen protein with BPC.


Since I now have to exercise first thing in the morning, when should I have my BPC and should I be adding collagen (or collagelatin...I just bought this one) to it?
