Triglyceride Forms Of Fish Oil Relative Effective Dose
I'm currently supplementing with a combination of Carlson's Super Omega 3, and Jarrows Max DHA at roughly around 2g of EPA, and 2g of DHA a day (not every day, but probably around 5 times a week)
I am looking at switching to a triglyceride form of fish oil such as nordic naturals. It is much more expensive per serve, but it is a much better product.
What are the recommended therapeutic dosages for triglyceride fish oils as opposed to my current forms?
Are there any studies comparing triglyceride absorption to other forms?
