I pretty much buy all my meat & veg from a local organic farmers markets, but on occasion venture into Whole Foods or the local supermarket. I'm left with a dilemma at times when evaluating veg to buy. Is it better to not eat leafy greens (broccoli, kale, etc) or to eat leafy greens that aren't organic? Most of the time of course I have access to the good stuff, but I wonder in year prior if I was doing my body a disservice by eating so many conventional veggies (I was vegetarian for 15 years)?
Anyone else had this thought or predicament?
