Is steaming meat a good BP option for cooking ground beef? Would this avoid the denaturing issues if the cooking times are less than 10 minutes?
Steamed meat works. As of now I just bake my beef at 300 degrees or 350 if I want it done in 10-15 minutes. Baking at low temps doesnt stink up my living space like saute in a pan would.
Steaming ground beef sounds icky. I tend to cook mine in a cast iron skillet on medium just until it's done. Don't burn it and you should be fine. As for other meats, baking them at 300-325 for longer periods works well.

I havent had any problems cooking ground beef for 300 degrees longer periods. Why does the OP think it should be under 10 minutes?
What is wrong with you?! You cook meat with fire, not water!
