What Do You Think About This Stack?
This is the stack I am going to try in the future:
-Acetyl L-Carnitine 1000mg/day
-CDP Choline 250mg/day
-Huperzine A 200mcg/day
-Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg/week
-Mucuna Pruriens 500mg/day/2.day etc.
My goal is to be more productive and to work smarter. Overall better cognitive performance.
Feel free to modify and comment the stack as you choose.
I supplement with multivitamin, Omega 3s and B-vitamins daily.
