Hi All,
I've tried digging around the forum to find some answers but I haven't really found a direct answer to my concern - so I apologize for any redundancy!
I've been drinking BPC for about four months now and introduced intermittent fasting about three months ago. I usually workout around 6am and when trying to find the right balance with the fasting period, I've found I can typically wait until 11am or 12pm until I break my fast with BPC. However, I've been noticing more and more lately that I have a lot of brain fog and feel sluggish in the mornings... so I end up drinking black coffee to avoid breaking my fast and then drink BPC about two hours later. I'm worried about maintaining a fasted state but I've also begun to realize that it doesn't make much sense to drink coffee just to hold me over until I can drink the BPC that will actually make me alert and more functional at work.
Any suggestions?

If you really want to keep fasting without any food, switch things up a few days a week.
