This is kind of a cool idea for a thread, and I'm not sure if it's been asked before. I'm curious, too, about what sites/blogs/whatever you all visit daily.

Some random suggestions, based on things that I check daily:

--Mark's Daily Apple. I probably sound like an annoying MDA shill at this point.

--Front page of Paleohacks. Now and then someone will post a good question.

--There's a subreddit for practically everything out there. Some are higher quality than others. Might be good for your interest in spiritual stuff, OP. 4chan is OK, too, depending on the board. Both sites can be great for keeping up with current events in countless fields... provided you don't mind some colorful and often humorous (read: irreverent) commentary thrown in.

--Art of Manliness sometimes has interesting articles

-- Tim Ferriss' blog is something I check a few times a week, and it tends to make for a good read.

I follow some other things, too-- writers blogs, mainly. I know I'm forgetting some.

    What about everyone else?

I like this one: http://ergo-log.com/(ergogenics.org if you can read Dutch)

It's a compilation of research on ergogenics, or all substances that improve performance. Has a lot of connections to the BP lifestyle.

Another one I enjoy is http://authoritynutrition.com/

Many cheesy click-baiting titles but every article has direct links to research.

Love this website in general, and it has a blog: http://examine.com/blog/

I can spend hours on there reading about all types of supplements.

And much like Examine this one is very informative: http://www.lifeextension.com/magazine/

Has a monthly magazine, but you can spend every day reading about their protocols.  ;)

Also read MDA for the Dear Mark articles.

Ashamed to say that my reading list hasn't changed a whole lot in the past year. Only difference is that my go-to's have dried up a fair bit since that previous post and no longer feature much in the way of new information.
