One area I struggle with is when I my dealing with acute pain. I eat a perfect bp diet. I have been on it for years. I struggle when I have an injury. A few months ago I had stitches in my hand and I refused to take anything. At least I was out and about, but this weekend I hurt my back exercising. The pain is horrible and on the couch for two days.

Here is what I have done so far.

I doubled my turmeric intake

Im using a heat back often

Im using magnessium oil

I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? I dont know any alternatives to how well ibuprofen works in the short term.
