What Do You Guys Think About Lemonwater? Is It Bulletproof?
I am experimenting with lemonwater since a few years now and I think it can be really beneficial. But since I am into the bulletproofdiet I am thinking about, how it really interacts with my body. I usually drink it in the morning with some creatin, MSM, l-theanin and alpha gpc.
now my question is, will it interrupt with my intermediant fasting? Is there enough sugar in lemons to create an insulin spike.
I am thinking about changing the time when I drink it into the early noon.
Did anybody else made some experience with lemonwater? Whats your opinion about it?
