Not physiologically possible.
I totally agree, Jason. No amount of testosterone and/or HGH is gonna get you 34lbs of muscle in 4 weeks.
My guess is that Tim cut massive amounts of water weight before the first pic and then rehydrated and gained a bit of muscle over the next 4 weeks...and voila 34lbs in 4 weeks as verified by a doctor. This mma fighter, for example, reportedly dropped 36lbs in 13 days. http://mmajunkie.com/2015/02/cutting-36-pounds-in-13-days-why-one-ufc-fighter-even-tried-it-and-what-he-learned Tim is well known for winning kickboxing matches by cutting huge amounts of weight and taking advantage of loopholes in the rules. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Ferriss
What amazes me the most is that people read about all of Tim Ferris's shortcuts, tricks, and cheats and think somehow he's not pulling the same shortcuts, tricks, and cheats on them as readers! Of course he is. That's who he is and what he does. He's most likely telling the "truth" about the weight gain...but he's almost certainly not telling the "whole truth" about it.
