Preferred Form Of Selenium?

What is the preferred form of selenium for the best absorption? I currently have a Selenium Glycinate Complex but haven't been able to find much info on it. Everything I'm reading about uses l-selenomethionine, selenium-methyl l-seleniumcystine, or sodium selenium


 


 


Also, is there any truth to avoiding Vit C supplements around the time one takes iodine?
