Hi I'm very new to Bulletproof eating and I'm trying to have a protein fast day. Can anyone help with some meals?
Coconut Cucumber Sweet Potato Soup, White Rice Waffles with Berries and Coconut Cream, Fried Rice and Vegetable Low-Heat Stir Fry (if that's even possible), etc. I'm going to avoid listing ingredients since I'm not sure how strict you want to be but I'm sure you can adapt your ingredients as necessary.
