Clean Diet = Iron Stomach No More
So, I've been eating clean for about two years with minimal deviation. I have noticed in the last few months that foods I could have gotten away with are now problematic. I can't put a finger on specific ingredients as it's always food at restos or prepped by others. But I can say that sometimes I have to run for the bathroom other times where it's a minor infraction like eating cheese or corn I am just smelly and gassy. If I had to guess about the probelm source for the more severe issue I'd guess it's msg. Pre clean diet I could eat about anything and never had a problem, I prided myself on an iron stomach. Anyone else noticed a change like this?
