Protein In Morning Bulletproof Coffee.
Quick question... I've been doing the bulletproof diet for about 5 weeks now, i'm at around 17-18% bodyfat and kind of find it hard to shift past this, I feel ive hit a bit of a plateau. I'm not bothered about body weight, i'm more interested in body composision. Would adding protein to my morning coffee blunt fat burning benifits at all? I just feel like switching things up a bit and seeing how i get on? I'm wondering if this may help with conserving/adding muscle and improving composition this way. Thoughts?
