I try to follow the intermittent fasting mode around 5 days a week but does adding sugar to coffee breaks it?
I wake up with a normal cup of coffee in which i add some coconut sugar or Agave sugar.
I then have a BP coffee (no sugar at all)
You're better off using stevia, xylitol, or erythritol.
Watch out, agave is the highest fructose substance on the planet (aside from fructose powder)
pretty much as an unhealthy as they come, i think its on the red list on the bulletproof spectrum isnt it?
