Mct Oil During Day

Hey guys, I was just wondering whether I need to be consuming MCT oil throughout the day, in addition to my bulletproof tea/coffee with 1 tablespoon MCT oil in the morning.  My lunch (6 hours post-breakfast) typically consists of protein, fat, vegetables, and some carbs in form of avocado or sweet potato/beets etc.  And then, similar dinner with maybe some more carbs. 


 


The question is: should I be adding MCT oil to my lunch and dinner (say, in form of salad dressing).  I am already eating other fats (butter, avocado, other oil used for cooking the meat) in my lunch and dinner.
