Am I Losing Weight Too Quickly?

I started to cut carbs 8-10 weeks ago to adjust to the BP diet. Then 6-8 weeks ago started eating BP, I lost a lot of weight quick then plateaued for a week or two and swapped my morning coffee from coconut oil to MCT oil and the weight is falling off very quickly again. But Im down 30 pounds and would like to lose 30-40 more so Im happy with the weight loss but I want to do it as healthy as possible
