Will be Traveling internationally for a while and am wondering what the easiest way to get at least some kind of supplementation with a minimalist approach.
Any product recommendations would be great!
These two links may point you in the right direction:
IMHO the bare minimum is 2/day from Thorne or Life Extension + D&K2 + Krill oil. Goes perfectly into GoStak jars.
Here is a comparison of Thorne and LE multivitamins in this post's attachments.
Personally I am travelling with the custom stack from that post due to specific goals (B5, Pantethine, C, Mg, Holy Basil for adrenal issues) which would not be covered by a multi.
Re that thorne supp referenced...while I'm dubious about any sort of calcium supplementation since coming across David Wolfe...it seems strange there would be such a low amount of cal/mag? Unless the form is so bioavailable that less is more? I like the vitk levels, and the D is more than most but still wouldn't cut it without extra.
This is still my all around fav, not perfect I'm sure but: http://main.poliquinstore.com/multi-intense-iron-free

If the travel does not take too long, one a day multi-vitamin should be enough. Or else, we may pack some few into the bottle.
